Tropical Creamsicle

Prep Time: 5 minutes

1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup coconut milk, stirred
4 ounces rum
1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup
2 cups frozen tropical fruit mixture
2 cups ice
Orange wheels

Cooking Instructions:
Put the first six ingredients into the blender container. Cover and process at ON until smooth or desired consistency. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange wheel.

This is the prettiest most thirst quenching creamsicle you will ever have! Omit the rum for the kids.
