Bliss Pops




Serves: makes 24 pops
Ready In: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup shredded coconut

2 scoops of Vegan Proteins+ vanilla

Zest of two lemons

10 dates (pitted)

Juice of 2 lemons



Cooking Instructions:

Blend ingredients in food prossesor except for coconut, until mixture sticks together. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Insert paper or wooded stick into each ball.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks

Soak cashews and almonds in water for 1 hour and up to 1 day before using. This breaks down the nuts, making them easier to digest. Also much easier on your food processor!
