Personal Story:

Trying to get your kids to eat more fish? Catfish is an excellent choice because of its mild flavour and meaty texture. You can purchase it plain and self-season or pre-marinated in Cajun or Lemon Pepper. Make large batches and freeze for a last minute meal. Love-love-love this tartar sauce! Place nuggets in wrap and add your favourite shredded veggies.
