“bloo” Blueberry Strawberry Fruit Dip with a twist!


This dip is the “Pièce de résistance” to any fruit platter served at breakfast lunch or as an afternoon snack. Who knew the combination of these healing ingredients could produce such a soothing and delightful accompaniment to your favourite fruits.



Serves:

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 30 mL
1/2 cup  “bloo” blueberry strawberry juice 100 mL
2 cups Plain Greek yogurt 500 mL
1/2 tsp  Clover honey 2 mL
1/2 tsp Dried culinary lavender (optional) 2 mL
1/2 tsp  Dried rosemary 2 mL



Cooking Instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender. Mix for 1 minute until well blended.

Serve with your favourite fruit slices such as apple, pear, pineapple, melon, mango etc.
