Asian Infused Beef Bouillon for a Hot Pot

Hot Pots quickly cook any type of morsel of food that has been thinly sliced, then dipped into sauces or dips. The broth is flavored by any vegetables and meats cooked in it, and can be sipped as a soup or added to some previously cooked noodles.



6 cups (1.5 L) beef broth 2 green onions, chopped 1 tbsp (15 mL) coarsely chopped ginger 2 garlic cloves,minced 1 tbsp (15 mL) Japanese soy sauce 10 peppercorns

Cooking Instructions:

In a large saucepan, bring beef broth, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and peppercorns to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat; let stand for 30 minutes. Strain and pour into your hot pot and enjoy!
